Catherine joins our retreat team as a Licensed Esthetician and Self-Care Training Facilitator, offering hands-on techniques and restorative guidance to help women reconnect with their bodies, calm the nervous system, and embrace their God-given beauty from the inside out. Her presence brings a nurturing, grounded energy to the day, reminding each woman that healing also happens through touch, ritual, and self-care.
Christina Brochet
Christina is a Licensed Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and has a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education. She has over 20 years of experience in almost every area of nutrition. She has been an adjunct professor at Immaculata University, community health educator and an outpatient dietitian. She also worked as an eating disorder dietitian leading groups and offering individual counseling. She is also the owner of Identity Nutrition. A private practice LLC, which provides nutrition counseling. Christina helps women feel at ease, fostering a tranquil atmosphere conducive to your body's natural restorative process.
Kim Remich
Kim is a pastoral counselor, certified life coach, and Grief Recovery Specialist. Her journey into this work began from a place of deep personal struggles, experiencing her own valleys of loss and transformation, and now she has an earnest desire to help others walk through theirs. Whether struggling with anxiety, mourning a loss, or seeking a fresh start, her approach blends empathy with practical tools to help others heal, rebuild, and thrive. At Restored, Kim will guide you through an exercise that brings restoration to those areas of your life and helps you use them for purpose.
Kristie Burk
Kristie joins the Restoration Women’s Day Retreat as our Certified Physical Trainer and Movement Facilitator, offering gentle, empowering ways to reconnect with the body through intentional movement. Her sessions are designed to release stress, increase energy, and remind each woman that restoration is possible with as little as one minute a day.
Rebecca Flack
Rebecca is both a Life Coach and Women's Ministry Director at Brandywine Grace Church in Downingtown. Her work focuses on helping women clarify their intentions, shift limiting beliefs, and reconnect with the inner strength that may have been buried beneath burnout, self-doubt, or life’s demands. Through coaching-based techniques and empowering exercises, Rebecca will bring restoration to your whole self.
Suzette Sims
Suzette desires to help bring light into the lives of others. She is most notably known for being a tool to be used by God in order to help others live richer, more meaningful lives. Life can be challenging, and we all go through difficult seasons. At this day retreat, she will help us learn to quiet the noise, listen to our inner wisdom, and release old stories that hold us back, all within a supportive circle of sisterhood.
Tammy Mittuch
Tammy is a passionate and seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience on staff with FamilyLife. She currently serves as the Director for the Restored Day Retreat. For the past 15 years, Tammy has provided faith-based coaching, guiding women through life’s challenges with wisdom, compassion, and practical insight. Her retreats and coaching sessions are known for creating safe, transformative spaces where women can find renewal and restoration for their body, mind, and soul. Tammy brings a wealth of experience, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping women live their best life.
